I would agree with the comments above start out slow make your own calls at first get 1000 calls will teach you how to speak on the phone with the seller so you can teach the VA what to say when handling objects it took me about 4 months to get my first wholesale deal everyone is different but it taught me a lot.

In every home we contract in for our clients, we always suggest doing a flat white (we use promar200 extra white in flat finish) and we use the color pediment in eggshell also by Sherwin Williams in the PROMAR 200 product line.

So you need to remember that there are about 4- 6 big box lenders that fund most of the Hard Money loans and then you have thousands of brokers selling their products and lots of times someone thinks they are dealing with a lender but they are not, they are dealing with a broker who has a lending sounding name and this broker is set up with an account at a few different lenders.
