One of the main reasons for this is because of the rapport you can build over the phone through things like tonaity, pauses, and stroking.

@Jay Hinrichs mentioned a growth phase for the company, so I will definitely take that into consideration for the delay, although such a pause in activity had me a little worried.

.* The goal "I want $10K/month passive income" cause me some pause.

Purchase the gems, sell the marginal performers, and pause and stay nimble on anything that's not a slam dunk.

My concern is almost all of my long term rental investors have paused because the interest rates make cash flow extremely difficult unless they put more money down or do renovations (which most out of state investors are hesitant to tackle).

Maybe if Jay raises some concern he may take pause though..
