Feedback on investing with Robert Ritzenthaler

I just saw a webinar presented by Robert Ritzenthaler. The presentation was impressive and he seems to really know the Ohio market well. Has anyone invested with him in the past?  I would love to know what that experience was like, and how he treated his investors.
