The plan in motion now is we have trimmed all the fat in the personal finances and are now beginning to bank sufficient cash to float my family so I can then have two or three of these properties at one time to ultimately do one big cash out refi in a portfolio.

Or another option could be they have this motion detectors at Harbor Frights and basically it makes a loud noise to scare of those who mean no good.

Not a bad income when all you need to do is file a motion once every few months or so.I had one guy, I did a short sale on two of his properties for him, ask me if he really needed his attorney he had been paying $500/mo for each property for over a year.
