Are you looking for a broker that does fannie/freddie residential or more of a commercial style broker who does 30 year loans with no income verification, no limit on the # of financed properties, LLC is fine, etc etc?

Hi BPI'm actively looking for garden style condo units around Fort Lee, Englewood, Teaneck, Hackensack - New Jersey. 

On weekly turnover style rentals you'll find their fees to be hefty. 

We'll have to do multi-family style house hacking.

They're available for MI and no expiration date.I wish WA had it, then I wouldn't use the 1990s' style, Rockwell.

As stated above it really depends on your personal style and strategy.  

@Jimmy Chao depending on the style lock they most likely used bolt cutters to remove it.

I've even called the city to see if we could switch over to large totes and they said their trucks are old and don't do the newer style large totes like the other cities in the area.My day job is multi-family private equity investing in multi-million dollar assets and so I've always understood most of the typical challenges but in my personal foray into multi-family investing with these smaller assets (4plex, 5plex, 6plex etc) I've learnt a whole new set of challenges that come along with smaller properties and it seems adequate room for a dumpster might be the latest lesson learned when looking at future acquisitions...

Other than a duplex style, what type of small-ish build outs would be affordable but also be most convenient for house hacking or renting out to a tentant without interacting with them as much?

Plus it had a shotgun style layout (no doors between rooms).
