You might want to consider pressing charges if the broker gives you any grief (which I doubt he/she would).

If you own it in an LLC I'd be more likely to identify as the Property Manager and if pressed (which you likely will be) I explain that I am one of the owners.  

Probably won't happen, but there are reports of lenders being more strict during COVID.I know one guy that had this happen roughly a year ago, however I can only imagine the potential bad press a bank would get for doing this right now. 

However you will be hard pressed to find a $0 down method, try an FHA thats about as close as the conventional lending side comes to low and no down.
