It would not be a bad idea to put a few extra bucks into finishes such as new fans, light fixtures, kitchen  hardware, etc, but going crazy on a rehab to make it look nice for someone who is simply going to be renting it...no way!

Hello everyone,It'd be lovely if someone listed their favorite local kitchen cabinet (and hardware)/paint supply shops/wholesalers...

First off, yes, wallpaper is going (still debating between painting over OR taking off, redoing drywall & painting fresh)  What do I do with the cabinets (besides maybe adding hardware?) 

Now, as a tenant, my feelings probably matter a lot less to you than your wallet.

Then trade the cards with other people who you meet.Keep the cards you get from them in a business card wallet (you can get online) and call these older people from time to time with questions you may have.And above all else, read the book "Rich Dad Poor Dad".Good Luck!
