So here's another tidbit I've learned:  always have a "get out of town with your hair on fire" exit strategy to go with the standard multiple exits.

Or if you were to jump up and down a plank would just bounces off and land back down in a slightly different spot.I think one must install it REALLY tight, or else when walking around over time you might end up with a gap between two planks and you will pull you hair out to shift everything back to close the gap, only to have to do the same thing again in two weeks.

If you choose to split hairs with the seller you can always consult your local electrical building inspector or you can simply not accept anything other than a fully new electrical system installation.

LOLI appraised a home one time that had so much dog and cat hair on the carpet that they would have had to rake the floor before sweeping.
