If each one takes 3 months, theoretically, could own 4 homes in a year, bringing in conservatively $300/mo net cash flow / mo, would be looking at $900/mo in supplemental income with immediate and growing equity in the homes.

Not sure which one makes sense to pursue.Land is in Regulatory floodway zone - It seems that this is one that can be rectifiedClose to Cemetery - This seems conflicted, I personally dont mind though it seems that some people care and some dontif there is enough acreage - is it possible to have an cabin with Airbnb rentals, to supplement the income.Financing for farms, do banks lend out easily as I dont plan to farm actively.I am new to the whole acreage homes with farms.
