In other words, the squeeze isn't always worth the juice.

Wouldn't make it a permanent long term strategy because of the ever changing laws but for now it's great and something to consider if you're looking to juice your returns.

Lot's of low lying fruit from the tree so you just as well take you time to calculate all your numbers a couple times and run it through local references at your bank.
