You might have to hire an attorney and/or a CPA to advise you the best way to go with incorporation.Another thing you should consider doing is to make an office location that is convient and has minimal distractions.  

It can be seen as being used to distract a landlord from doing full due diligence on a applicant.

I've only done a few rehabs and wholesales since I've been with them over the past 2 years and the only reason that I haven't done better is that I am my own worst enemy in terms of follow-up, procrastination, getting distracted, etc. 

I don't want it to distract from my motivation to make money in a different way than the majority of people that have told me to take the "safe route" and find a nice paying job. 

I work full time as well, have a family and I'm a newbie -- it does take some time management but I've found that if I prioritize what I need to accomplish in order to make my RE goals, I eliminate the things that distract from that.

They laughed at me, joked a little, and the tenant told the story to all and it was actually a good distraction that showed me laughing in the face of adversity which I'm pretty sure some of my friends would never put up with.

I have seen a tremendous improvement in my ability to complete tasks and move on, without getting distracted in between.

Lack of clarity here just invites constant distraction.  

I am 100% self employed working from home, so I don't have to get ready in the morning and commute to a office where I get distracted with water cooler talk (that saves at least 3 hours), so I can use my time more efficiently. 

I think that a business structure and plan eliminates those distractions and establishes a path that creates repeatable success.
