I totally understand your disappointment. 

At this point I'm am beyond livid and very disappointed, as buyers we have complied with the terms of the contract, we have been very patient and respectful with the seller but at this point we are out of our money and no house, seller has breached the contract and continues to do so.

I know this all sounds pretty negative, Im not trying to discourage you at all, just trying to give you the reality so you know what to expect and wont be disappointed.

Have you ever permitted a person who was super qualified on the application but ended up being a total disappointment as a tenant?

My family already disappointed with my failure to manage properly and the need to spend more with PM and lawyers.

Don't be disappointed when this pace doesn't keep up. :)If I'm all in on a property for $600k, I'll want to bring in at least $90k a year; and that's without paying a property manager of any sort

When I found bigger pockets, their conference had been had the week before, so I was very disappointed that I had not found this resource earlier.

I recently started searching for wholesalers in my area by doing a quick Google search and the results were fairly disappointing. 

As much of a disappointment as it is when it occurs, there are some bad tenants out there who will force you into court over things like eviction or property damage.
