Right now you are flying in the dark and trying to plan with ideas instead of facts.

Now that the renovation is done on that one, I’ll post the after photos to show the paint color change and stainless appliances I put in.

So for example, a flipper could be looking for distressed single family homes, unkept landscaping, broken down cars in the driveway, peeling paint, off color roof repairs, and then start to either mail, or contact the homes owners in different ways.

I had color tabs every few pages because there was so much useful information.

It's getting to be like the dark web around here.

I have them buy the specific finishing materials like tile, paint color, moulding, etc.
