Have you put together your portfolio and made any reports to present to possible equity partners to collaborate with to use THEIR money to get you into more rentals and share the equity?

If you have any leads that haven't enough equity to wholesale, I would love to help tie up those ends =)Questions are:Are there any wholesalers looking to partner up/ collaborate and maybe learn from one another?

please call me, I have a tenant there who has a furnace problem, he complained to Health Department last Thursday, I got a furnace guy to go urgently on Thursday night after hours, but the tenant never answer their calls, so they cannot go.... they gave him at least 7 windows of opportunity, they even went there twice and his mom was home and never answered....Now that is 6 days I'm trying everything I can, but he is never available, the furnace guys tried to call him many time to schedule a time, but they need to call while they are on their way to reconfirm, and the tenant drops the ball each time....Now I have to defend myself and get it done by the law.... but he doesn't collaborate, what should I do?

I think any collaboration would help.
