We have properties in all kinds of markets and I'd love to know what is working for you!

I'm just in awe at this kind of stuff.I investigated a lot of fraud when I was a cop and would be dumbfounded by what people fall for.

Do you provide a list of property with some kind of ranking for the buyers/clients use or do you recommend individual properties for buyer consideration?  

- and the answer is something like "Well, you don't know that for 100% certain, that's one of the risks, but publicly traded stocks are subject to all kinds of regulations and the scrutiny of public sentiment.

This could be cart before the horse kind of issue.  

Is it possible or worthwhile to put a few properties into a trust (of some kind...) for the purpose of making it easier to borrow against equity?

What's the point in trying to invest remotely in markets where the numbers aren't THAT different and you have to rely on the honesty and kindness of strangers? 

I will see if the water company has a way to put some kind of alert in place, to notify me of a future excessive water usage.
