But, I have found that the "first pancake" is ultimately not scalable to a size that allows for freedom and holds little prospect of selling to another owner/operator.I was watching an interview with Tom Bilyeu of Tai Lopez [YouTube] where it's argued that if you fail in your first business, you're potentially doing damage to your brain's dopamine receptors. 

But no matter what holiday you celebrate, I'm sure your homes are filled with love and celebration as they offer so much beyond those creature comforts.As a Realtor, I understand the value of owning a home or investment property.
