From my point of view, I wouldn't care who brought the deal if it's a deal, but someone who's a licensed agent has at a minimum gone through the time, cost and trouble to get licensed and [theoretically] do business in an honest and above-board fashion.

@Justin Oliver my view is unless you have someone you absolutely trust AND has experience to handle real estate deals, long distance flips are a high risk proposition.
