Unlike some on this forum, I wasn’t born with a silver spoon.

You can decide on the whole Gold/Silver thing. 

I come from the world of IT (I sold very large computers for a very large company) and few of the people I knew and worked with would have the personality or patience to actually close a deal if it was handed to them on a silver platter. 

I buy a little silver, a little gold (Not ETF's though) and a little land.I'm adding a minus10% premium to the properties I buy.

Nonetheless the summary of terms just helps spell out the main points of how it can be done, then an attorney can right it up with more of he details and legal eagle information behind it. 

We have had turkeys on the decks as well as covey's of quail.There are 3 active bald eagles nests right near the house as well as numerous osprey's.

Ocala, Silver Springs, Belleview, Ocklawaha areas.I was able to get a couple houses there when the prices were really good and have kept tenants in consistently.

We've looked at Silver Spring by a metro and again, the RE is just way too expensive.
