Seller financing - should I ask again in a week? in a month?
The property I'm interested in has been on the market for 35 days with little interest (says the selling agent). It had a price reduction last week but still no action. I inquired about seller financing and simply got a "no". Has anyone had success with asking again in a week? Or should I just go ahead and submit my fully fleshed out bid? I realize that it's possible there's a mortgage still on the property, but I'm worried that they've said no because they don't know enough about seller financing or the offer as a whole.
