This isn't to say that this property or any is a *good* deal but if this mystery buyer gets the property for $600K + raises rates 10% + has a 5% interest rate + doesn't have to pay rent anymore it could be a decent deal for them.

Kind of like cops will look at petty theft if they have time for it but not at the expense of investigating robbery and murders etc.The notary and under oath is to keep people from calling in and making worthless threats that are not based in fact they just want to stick it to somebody on a deal.

sure since you have made millions in wholesaling then you should have a huge bank account.. simply close and resell... no more mystery than that.and if you have been doing it for years.. you should have stellar credit and tax returns to back it up and you can get LOC from local community banks..

Note that FNMA HomeReady is income capped by census tract, and if your lender starts putting stuff about census tracts on your preapproval letter then your agent will murder that lender, so it's on you to do that homework for yourself.
