@Willie Taylor There are lots of different ways - direct mail, door knock, bandit signs, your website paired with Google adwords, Facebook ads, word of mouth, networking, wholesalers, other investors who may pass on properties that don't work for them.

You will spend an hour going to the store to try on a pair of $100 shoes, spend the time and effort when you are spending $25-$50k.
