If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

This is just a high level, general statement.Conceptually, selling separately sounds like a bad idea.

Losing a listing opportunity because an agent you don't even know bad mouthed you and told the client things that arent even true or accurate - yes this did happen.

Working my list tonight and I can see some people have made some bad purchases, because they did not know what they're buying. 

I feel especially bad for the older folks who are on a fixed income as they are getting slammed with 6 figure assessments.
