Nevada has a robust gaming industry that pays a lot in taxes.  

I have done my research online and it doesn't seem like the strongest market (population is stagnant, crime rate is not the best, job industry isn't very strong) but I know personal accounts are important as well. 

Hi, i have 10 acres of industrial land and going to be building out muti use type of storage kind of little bit of everything, rv /boat storage / semi truck parking , and little bit of container storage   and small spaces (5k-10k sqft)  for contractor yards as well .    

I am not new to RE development, but most of my concentration through the years has been in commercial flex warehousing and industrial development.

As someone who’s W2 is in the credit card industry I would be wary about this unless you have a really good understanding of how credit cards work and aren’t worried about impacts to credit score.
