Good Afternoon,A couple people mentioned refinancing their existing homes in their name into the me of their LLC.

We did a whole house with the game theme.

We built ours from a WP theme and we're not programmers so this is what we got.

I was originally going to do just a Release of Lien Waver from my lender but with the me being able to shave an entire point off my mortgage, I just went ahead and did a full refi.

But there's no way this deal would have gotten done if she had stayed involved. yup common theme since so many think its easy to start with no money and to wholesale.. wholesaling is hard and its complicated ..  

I give all my 22 STRs a theme. 

However, for the last 12 years I’ve been designing theme park attractions for Disney and Universal.

Also after we start getting reviews from guests, I start looking for common themes about what they loved about the property and add that to the forefront of my listing. 

I have seen this be a new theme, but I don't believe it's a mandate (at this time).
