Because they said they didn't have anywhere to store it and had a plan (they were just waiting for a spot to open up at the facility), I gave them a week to move it.  

I expected it to be no more than 9 however, I experienced a major delay in getting my custom windows (loss of 6 weeks) plus utility delays and a few minor weather delays (we don't get much of that here in sunny So CAL!).

Hood River is really cool spot.. and across the river in white salmon.really depends on what you do for a living..

A bunch of people we talked to said it was a good spot to invest in.

We've been wanting a vacation spot in this area for years and are hoping to use it for ourselves as well as rent it weekly in the summer, using a property manager in the area. 

You can anticipate, fines,  autos getting towed for being in the wrong parking spot.

Once you have all those important numbers, a SPOT on rehab budget with 10-15% contingency, then you choose your profit, then you get your offer number. 

The MU-2 zoning requires one spot per dwelling unit. 

I wish I had been more prepared and be able to offer a solution on the spot.
