I was inspired by an old family friend, and I have had a little bit of communication with him over social media about my interest in real estate investing.  

Drive for dollars, cold calling, direct mail, bandit signs, social media marketing, website, possibly wholesalers........ the list goes on. 

I know from my own experience that many in my social network have done really well from crowd sourcing real estate and stock market investing tricks.

Heritage had an online tool earlier this year which was pretty neat. 

I was originally thinking of posting it on Social Media however I like your idea better.

I always suggest joining investing groups on other social media platforms as well - searching for the local + investing or REI to find.Make sure to set-up your keyword alerts here on BP, too, under your settings.

We all hear about those great rates being advertised on TV, the radio, and those annoying ads on any social media platform because EVERYONE is tracking you.
