So yeah, I will leave my passion for pizza unadulterated by worldly standards and keep it to a strictly avid amateur until I retire. at that point, I might start a local pizza place just to have something to do, but not care whether I make money or not and do it to break even and have people smile and groan about my pizza.

I see those numbers and smile.

My commute should make me smile.- I commute a lot and love to drive, especially on scenic highways and mountain roads.- I've driven many cars before and still prefer BMW handling.- I want the power to overtake on the highways, especially on steeper roads.- I buy cars that has already hit major depreciation - 1 yr, 5 yr, 100K miles.- I know BMW cars intimately.

So suck it up, and when you smell the drugs just smile.

Then they told me "we'll look into it right away"The following day, I was on the way home from work again, the same bunch of neighbors were there, this times smiling, told me folks from the city, fire, building, and sanitation was all there, issued summons and ordered the owner and contractor to clean up and they showed up later in the day.

Those people sitting on a pile of cash ought to be smiling.

Yesterday at church somebody asked me what was new and I told him that we just bought three houses on Friday and he was polite and smiled and said that’s great then he really didn’t have anything else to say about it.

It could be something as small as striking up conversation and getting someone to smile that day.

People on here are taking time out of their day to help you, before finding out you're trolling.So us 'speculators', we will just keep enjoying life investing in low maintenance, profitable markets, and you can try your hand at the Baltimore market :) Makes me smile.
