Phoenix, Houston, and Dallas are massive, sprawling land masses of cities/metro areas.

I’d love to get this group’s thoughts on what to do with 3 acres of undeveloped land (no septic, no water) in the Texas Hill Country that I plan to eventually pass on to my children (read: never sell because it’s family land).

Oregon has proven fertile land for sellers with low capital base and reasons to consider seller carried financing.

Is owning land with utility a strong investment?

It will be a brand new construction as it is vacant land right now.
