I told him we will send my handyman out to clean the wall and repaint the wall.

A good flip where everything is repainted and remodeled, and marketed properly with pro photography, is typically nicer on the eyes and gets more competition and tends to sell quicker, within around 20-30 days.  

Has anyone found a paint for there rentals that doesn’t require repainting every time a tenant leaves.
