I'm a nest guy i have it to control my thermostat when the guest are not there to lower cost. 

I live in a cold climate and my tenants where I was paying the heat were setting their thermostats at 78 degrees and leaving their windows open when it was 10 degrees outside and wearing shorts and tshirts and going barefoot.

Does anybody know of any wifi thermostat for electric baseboard heaters?

One for each floor and each floor has its own thermostat.

She unblocked social media to say she is not paying more, and there are repairs that need to be made, complains her electric/gas bill is too high even though she was supplied with a Google nest thermostat that I helped her program twice, and she is moving out but won't tell me when.

What would you price your rental if you were offering the exact same area but a brand new home, with new stainless steel appliances, vinyl or laminate and new technology like usb outlets, ring door bell/nest thermostat

However, I'm a computer programmer, so I have more nerdy advice:Try out a cloud service such as Dropbox.
