No...the lender begins to pick apart the work that was completed by a licensed HVAC tech and the handyman that capped and painted the windows...then they note an 18" piece of trim on an exterior door that may have peeling paint...not in the appraisers report!

Call them back and say you want to take it out and buy real estate with it.Then ask them to put in writing that is allowed without penalty...That’s like calling a bank and saying “can I wear a mask in the bank” - the bank says “why yes”.well if you were wearing the mask to rob the bank, that doesn’t mean because they said you could wear a mask you could rob the bank...they said yes because your intentions were to cover your income.

We then assign each attendee a 10-15 min timeframe in which they can see the house.We leave all doors open so that no one has to turn the door knobs.Gloves, masks and booties are recommended as well.To limit the # of attendees, you may also want to verify that everyone has watched the virtual tour before registering for the OH.Hope this helps!

After an accepted offer you can review the leases (I'm hoping they have leases) but that's just a snapshot and honestly won't tell you if the current owners are masking that a unit is behind, on a payment plan, about to be evicted, etc.
