Realtors are a "hub" and have a pulse on the MLS, so they were my weapon of choice as far as just getting houses to analyze.A hub in graph theory/network theory just means that realtors are connected to a lot of houses, and therefore they have the best chance of having a house in their belt that's a good deal.Beware - realtors don't know anything about investing in properties.
