Given that each turnkey provider has their own established PM, whether in-house or external, is there any downside to having my properties managed by 2-3 different PM's in the same market?

Stocks, Bonds and Real estate were bubbles set to pop or correct without any external event.   

Also I see your point about it being obtrusive, I share the feelings with PTAC units, window units that are internal like a huge box/bench sticking in from the window rather a external window unit.

When there are external investors (people who do not have any day-to-day management control), they insist on stock so they have a way to re-coop their investment, and get out, by selling their stock.The management and rules are completely different for corps and LLCs.

Driveways, storm pond , storm sewer, signage, fences, sidewalks, fire hydrants, fire suppression, external water/sewer/electric/fiber hookup,  internal utility runs, soil compaction, epa, flood zone, flood plain, natural water flow off property, hvac, etc.

And that's not even counting the weeks I spent just wondering if the property management company that I rent through would be willing to take on an external contract.
