So, if it is a cash transaction closing within 2 weeks a rush is required, so the seller would be stuck footing the $1800 bill.

The 1200 foot crawlspace is approximately 80% covered in mold growth.  

I stained them myself the total cost came under $1.00 per square foot and all you need is warm soapy water to clean.

SO it would take OVER 6 foot tall person to hit head,,,would the 'expect' to duck under in OLD house,OLD basement???

We were able to local a discount tile place that had 20"x20" tile on sale for $0.89 a square foot (down from $1.69 a square foot.
