However from what I can see most truck drivers on the road don't just fill up and leave, you've got about 200 gallons of diesel and your travelling from NY to CA, you're probably not going to be in a hurry to get on the road especially since your probably driving 8-14 hours a day.I've also noticed that most of these drivers spend the night in the parking lot in their trucks, thus this location also has a diner and can serve dinner as well as breakfast the next morning.

and see what would best suit my needs.Hope you are having a good time in India, and when you get back we'll make plans to have dinner. 

Maybe a trailer park home, but then again, the land rental fee or whatever will kill any positive cash flow...I had dinner at a Japanese restaurant the other night.  

That reminds me of the I Love Lucy show where Lucy and Ricky buy an old dinner.

It doesn't change the way we spend money, save money, pay for vacations, or alter where we go for dinner on Friday nights.

We picked $200 and will have a nice family dinner, buy the kids Christmas gifts, and still thinking about what to do with what's left LOLOk, BP community... help me on a permanent corrective action.

Having a place they can occupy themselves while the wife and I chill and watch them, (or make dinner, plan for the next day, etc) serious value add!

Spending time at my parents cottage, thrift shopping, gardening with my son, and listening to the BP podcasts while making dinner or washing dishes.

They wont have to miss a kids baseball game to show a house, leave dinner to talk to a tenant about a flood, and for the peace of mind they are willing to give up some of their profit to take that off their plate.I will say this too if you look over BP and see PM bashing a lot of it comes from experiences of being hosed by a PM over repairs, bogus expenses, etc.

We did a lot of Sunday dinners, free childcare, and even rent assistance as needed.
