Like I said you get what you pay for and no one wants to cut corners or build inefficiently, but I think there must be ways to build cheaper. $65 a SF sounds nice, like the one member described.

Also, going forward, you can give the assignment contract to the title company or closing attorney and they will put you on the HUD and cut a check at closing depending on the state and company.

If I leveraged them for 50%, my mortgage(s) would cut cash flow in half and while I could buy more, but it seems like my cashflow isn't as great as if I left it at two.
