Eliminating recurring consumer debt to a manageable level if not completely, and budgeting.For example, clearing that $800 in CC debt or personal loan is better than seeking a property with cash flow of 300 dollars.Starting from a lean budget with a 3-6 month emergency fund is more plausible.

Howdy @Jimmyhee Quach,First and by far the most important thing:  STOP using personal cards to pay for business expenses.This completely eliminates the Liability Limitation component of an LLC by giving an savvy attorney an easy opportunity to demonstrate that you have "pierced the corporate veil" . . . so . . . consider each of you getting a new CC and use those only for the business expense.Second, Stessa is a great tool for tracking these expenses.

I then got home, and checked here on BP for feedback about Phil grove (as well as general internet searches) and didn’t like what I saw.I had given them my CC info at the free event but they didn’t process it until the next day, by which time I had cancelled the card.
