This trust factor along with the added protection of all the legal jargon would be good for you.On the other handA standard contract may scare sellers away because they do not understand what they are signing.Do you think you would see any benefits in using a contract (reviewed by an attorney) that is in plain english.

I have not thought about Millington, Tennessee in quite awhile.While I was in the Marine corp I did my basic aviation and basic helicopter training training at the Naval base there before going on to the specialized CH-46 helicopter training in North Carolina.Once again congratulations and looking forward to hearing the entire story.Thanks,Jeff

.- we had to evict a tenant who spoke no english, smoked about 4 packs a day, and could not make decisions for himself- had the former owner of a building claim to own it after I was the legal owner at auction and stole about 4 months of rent.- bed bugs- I could go on and on...

I will always fly and train but I hope to have a solid backup income from real estate to weather the eneviable slow periods in aviation.
