I think it's far more likely that the weaker ones will die off and/or be consolidated into three or four large/mega platforms.Regarding POL's announcement of getting institutional investment money: here's my thought.

I think the product they're "announcing" is just their own brand of Freddie Mac's Home Possible Advantage.

Because my time isn’t as scarce as JB’s I don’t know if I would cut out power points or pitch decks but if someone wants to use a pitch deck I think having them write out a formal press release as if we were announcing the idea to the public is an amazing idea. - JB gives you full and present attention and isn't hurried in conversation.

I will make an announcement  asking  BiggerPockets members to stand  comma  but be sure to have your clown wig in reserve in case I forget . 

They just announce an opportunity and the money follows.
