I've actually had inquiries of 4 adults for these units!

I’m a young adult 18 and I have a pretty good job as a electrical apprentice.

If you dont have any children (just two adults) and you are serious about investing, you will downsize and house hack a multi-unit. 

Or should I try and rent the whole thing as one home, advertising for 4 adults or extended family that would like to live together with some seclusion?

There are three adults and no kids living in this home. 

I don't like to say negative things about what others do so I won't comment further on their content; I think people here are adult enough to draw their own conclusions.The reality is this.

Second mistake- when I rent to someone I make sure that ALL adults are on the contract and can pay independently of each other.

My city doesn't allow more than 3 unrelated adults in a single family home.
