I happen to be flying out to Vegas tomorrow for my wedding and then my honeymoon directly after! 

Hi BP,I was hoping to get your help :)I was recently given a small plot of land from a family member as a wedding gift and I need some ideas for the best way to utilize it to create income.

With REIA's It's going to be a little tough getting to because I on Weds nights and most meetings are on Wed.

Many people are looking for a different ambiance either country weddings, downtown historic buildings, etc.

Fyi we have a distressed debt meetup group in Seattle and our next meeting is this weds. the 20th downtown.

I noticed that some day you'd like to own a wedding venue, that is awesome. 

Yes, we are all busy, but if you are not actively participating in a wedding ceremony as the bride or groom, not with another client, and not sleeping or dead, answer the phone.

Plus, most of my savings is going toward a honeymoon and wedding expenses for next year.Question is, is there a way for me to get started?

As if planning a destination wedding is not hard enough as it is, can I ask the tenants to move out mid February instead?

The two must-attend meetings are definitely the regular DREIA meetings (3rd Wed) and the BREIA meetings (1st Wed).
