This has just fallen in my lap and I'm wondering if it is worth pursuing.I have a lady that owes $275,000.00 on a beautiful little commercial building 4000+ SF that is used for a catering business, and is also rented out for weddings, receptions and has a lease for a church that meets there on Sundays.  

Ana is Brazilian and we decided to get married in Brazil — it was the most incredible wedding and I'm so glad we did — but, things didn't go as planned.

I ran out of time doing my own deals, having a home life that I narrowed it down to just one REIA,  GaREIA...They have a group of experts who meetface to face Wed's at 10am, a google group where contractors are refered called Deal Makers google group. 

I recommend highly the one held in Fairfield at Crave Restaurant the last wed of the month. 

There are the occasional business use, but mostly large family groups that come for weddings, baptisms, missionary farewells and returns, family reunions, etc.

Current exchange rates make the transaction favorable to the US dollar and wed save about $500 shopping at the Canadian IKEA.

Hey Brian, just wanted to see if you had any updates on how your rental is going since it is now July and the induction ceremony is a few weeks away.
