If your leads could potentially come from a Google search, I think paying for Google ads boost your SEO in general searches as well and helps your website get out into the interwebs.

Third - I can't speak for your design skills - but I could imagine it not coming out as clean as more cookie-cutter site unless you hire someone or spend quite a bit of time/energy on it.Fourth - I've tested my Page Speed against my competitors (big SEO thing).

Though they say that they're amazing at SEO, I didn't really see any benefit of using them - in fact, I think the fact that the process was so depersonalized may have hurt the booking rate rather than helped it.I currently have a client who is using Vacasa and is considering switching to self-management, which I would assist with.

I want to start marketing myself to help find properties for wholesaling and since I'm starting out I don't want to spend money on things that probably won't help.Should I work more on the online side(BP, Website, SEO, adwords, content marketing) or more print/offline marketing(bandit signs, yellow cards, newsletter, etc)Of course I would like to do both down the road but starting out what gives you more bang for your buck?
