As I re-read my post I realized I need to bite the bullet and do it.

I am now re-reading the book cover to cover, and have found it to be one of the 3 books I would recommend to anyone starting out in RE.

It really helps to just slowwwww down and re-read each questions 3-4 times (no matter how long it is)Very rarely do people run out of time BUT each exam I missed 3-4 questions just out of make dumb, careless mistakes.

Put your time in here, go to their networking events, i think this issue will be come pretty clear.i just re-read your question, and i wonder if what you are asking is can you list your own product for lease and essentially pay just the tenant side commission.

If agents would re-read their Law of Agency once in a while, it would probably make a world of difference.

In your down time of studying like crazy for your real estate license take the time to listen to the audio book millionaire --you can always buy it but I'm sure your eyes will be googly eyes after so much reading and rereading of license laws and statute-- real estate investor it's on YouTube for $FREE.99

You brought up a great point and I even reread my assignment contract and it states the assignee is paying the assignment fee + assuming all terms & conditions of my original contract!
