BiggerPockets is a great site to get ideas, but to ask and see locals who implement the ideas, come to the local REIA, JaxREIA, where we have quick start meetings on 9 facets of real estate investing, from rehabbing, to finding the best property, to title insurance to technology in real estate.

It would be nice to have residents who fulfill their obligation, but at the same time, at least I can try to implement other means in which a resident might be able to save money or be able to pay rent in a more convenient way.
