Start with the address and details about the rental.Create a section for tracking the lease information.

While such opportunities still exist, they often require a higher down payment than the standard 20% to bridge the gap between the loan amount and the purchase price.

Just know right up front that it is a very risky business, particularly right now.

Not all great deals are listed on the MLS.
