You can always change the date range 10-15-30 days before todays date by clicking "From".Then you can start browsing.

However the more I read, watch videos, listen to podcasts, and browse the forums I'm feeling my independence grow and the fear subsiding.

@Christy Holt - If you have the time to browse MLS inventory, I would reach out directly to the listing agent for any properties you may be interested in.This cuts your buyers agent out and the listing agent serves as the facilitator.It sounds like you have experience, so why pay a buyers agent to shuffle paperwork and relay messages from the listing agent?
