Then what? Not

Not too many people out there speaking about the challenges in this market and what not to do.

Now of course I am not talking about 10-20k, but just not sure if "investing" 10-20k would really make a different and also, as I am very busy I doubt I will be able to give it enough attention and time to do my own research so I can judge the right stocks/bonds or what not to build my future there.Sorry if it seems like I have already made a decision, I am just leaning towards one side and trying to find reasons why I am wrong lol 

I have heard of things like "list source" and whatnot, but was thinking there should be public information on these properties, because the tax information is public record.

So in a nutshell, the younger generation today is lazier than previous generations, most likely from helicopter parenting or what not.

Was looking around and Madison County Alabama seems to be a decent area in terms of crime and what not. 

Sure, now the downside is you have to pay for all of it upfront and they’re going to Escrow it to the insurance, they’re going to escrow it to the contractor and you can set it up, they do disbursements or what not but now the hud says 66 grand.
