@Diya Rs very low rehab = very low if any cashflow in Austin right now and really anywhere that has a vibrant market in my experience

And note, I didn't say no "deals" are done, I am highlighting the reality of it, because I hear a lot of perception that one joins and "POW" there's deals left right and center flying around as though it's plugging oneself into a vibrant deal-flow, which is nothing at all what it is.

Excellent opportunity to purchase vibrant mixed use property in bustling part of town and only .3 miles away from Route 2!

Many different flavors to real estate and you have to find out which ones you like best.    

I will let you know what the results are as they come in.I do want to add some flavor to this story and fill in the premise of the lawsuit. 

Account Closed is also correct in that it has the flavor of a one property REIT.
