So, we brand ourselves (because we are) as a cutting edge company, embracing the old way of doing things right through the avenue of the latest technology.I think you'll do great.

Even the legitimate owner if he has a good year and makes 450k And is single he could very easily say he made 250k which would save him tax money but also give him enough credibility to buy a nice car house etc.....Colorado is smart I'm sure they thought about it all and they are still making good tax money not to mention the jobs and tourism.

I may be a tad optimistic but I firmly believe that there is money to be made in any market - you just have to embrace what ever situation you are in.

And if that $1M asset comes with $750K of debt, you'd better believe (and I do trust my PM) that I'm laying eyes on it myself from time to time.So if starting with a single $50K property is just a first step then I could see embracing the travel costs.

With Denvers amount of tourism and expensive cost of living it only makes sense that cities would start moving towards this.
